Who We Are

BSPK was born to close the gap between BIM’s theoretical
potential and the real needs of construction projects.

Founded in 2019 by professionals with over 20 years of experience in Architecture and MEP&FP, we saw a recurring challenge across every project type — from airports and hospitals to towers and infrastructure: BIM was too often misused, misunderstood, or underleveraged.

That’s why we created BSPK: a boutique firm focused on making BIM practical, powerful, and truly integrated across the entire project lifecycle. We don’t offer generic services — we deliver custom workflows, purpose-built tools, and high-level coordination that adapts to each stakeholder’s reality.

Our global team works side by side with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and digital transformation leaders to bring clarity, precision, and real value to every phase — from early design to final operations or renovation.
