Coordinated Underground Utilities for a Mission-Critical Data Center

Project Description:

This 80 MW data center project required precise coordination of site utilities to support its high-power infrastructure. The facility demanded an optimized underground network for water, sanitary, storm sewer, electrical power, and low-voltage systems to ensure seamless operation and future scalability.

Scope of Work:

BSPK provided LOD300 modeling for all site utilities, converting design drawings into a coordinated 3D model. The scope included water, sanitary, storm sewer, electrical power, and low-voltage systems, ensuring alignment across trades and minimizing clashes before construction.

Summary:

Underground utility coordination in a high-power data center is a puzzle—errors can lead to costly delays and system failures. But at BSPK, We Know BIM Better. Our team delivered a fully integrated model, aligning utilities with precision and resolving conflicts early. The result? A streamlined process that kept construction on track and risk-free.
