The OU First Year Housing project at the University of Oklahoma – South Building involved the development of a modern student housing facility designed to enhance the campus living experience. Scope of Work:
BSPK provided LOD 350 Electrical Modeling & Coordination, ensuring a precise and clash-free integration of electrical components within the facility. Our team also developed detailed documentation to support construction, installation, and future maintenance, helping stakeholders maintain a clear and structured workflow throughout the project’s lifecycle.
