Clinical Core Lab Renovation

Project Description:

Renovation of the Clinical Core Lab on the third floor of Tisch Hospital, aimed at modernizing essential facilities and enhancing clinical workflows in a high-demand healthcare environment.

Scope of Work:

iLOD 350 plumbing modeling, plumbing layout and concrete pad layout drawings, hanger drawings, and ISO 3D plumbing drawings. We also provided as-built drawings and a detailed bill of materials. BSPK facilitated remote coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration and timely resolution of issues, all while managing the complexity of coordinating plumbing systems in an already crowded engineering space.

Summary:

Renovating a live hospital environment requires precision to avoid disrupting operations. The challenge here was managing complex plumbing systems in a confined space while meeting strict schedules and regulations.
