Project Description:

This healthcare facility spans two floors and is crowned by a mechanical penthouse. Designed to support advanced medical services, the project required precise mechanical system integration across the structure to meet high-performance standards for patient care and operational efficiency.

Scope of Work:

BSPK provided LOD 350 mechanical ductwork and piping modeling and coordination. Our scope included layout drawings for ductwork and piping systems, sleeve drawings for accurate installations, and RTS exports to facilitate on-site use. Remote coordination meetings ensured seamless communication across all teams, enabling effective collaboration throughout the project.

Summary:

This project was challenging due to the dense mechanical systems in the penthouse and the need for seamless integration with the hospital’s two floors. But at BSPK, We Know BIM Better, so we delivered precise models and enabled real-time adjustments through remote collaboration. Our expertise ensured efficient installation and optimal system performance for this state-of-the-art facility.
